With its continuous growth and its commitment to having the best technology and equipment according to our customers needs. As “Amsler” components produces a flame effect yarns and also a “Fancy” system to get multi-count and multi-twist yarns.

In 2002, we purchased an opening and cleaning blow room in order to be able to mix different natural fibers such as linnen, modal, Lycra, tencel, bamboo, among others, with cotton base fiber; this will give us the opportunity to have a faster answer and good timely response to our customers´ requirements within this fast-moving market.

Due to our customers desires and our efforts in trying to be consistent to meet their needs, we also decided to enter into the Ring carded yarn market a not-met niche of thick yarns.

A high technology facility was built in 2005 to manufacture Carded Ring yarns (Ring Spun) with Fancy components to get flame yarns, multi-count and multi-twist, as well as special equipment for Core Spun Yarns (with Lycra soul) and the combination of all, for example Core Spun Flame, multi-count and multi-twist yarns.

Nowdays we are making a continued effort to renew the machinery in order to be fully updated. The company has also in Open End a new spinning machine equipment for the laboratory, for development of new products and improve existing ones. We have also implicated knitting and weaving process in our production lines and new sites. (just as laboratory)
