Cotton yarn
Our products are manufactured with the best quality cotton from USA and Mexico, between degrees 31-21 and Green Card 31-3-34, 31-3-35, to offer better quality. We have the raw material stored in a warehouse within one month of production.
The stock has an adequate control of specification lay downs.
OPEN END
The yarn counts are manufactured in 100% cotton from Ne. 6/1 to 26/1 for any type of use (for knitting or weaving).
Yarns are manufactured under customers´ specifications in addition to standard ones which are usually applied. All these counts are able to be produced with Amsler and multi-count components (flame or Slub
Yarns), as well as developing them.

Ring
The counts manufactured are from Ne. 5/1 until 16/1 Regular, Fancy, Core Spun, or Fancy Core -Spun, as well as multi-count and multi-twist, under our own specification as well as under our customers´.
MIXED YARNS
The flame yarns are produced following our customers patterns and also our engineering department gives supports to develop them.
As mentioned before, In 2002 Turbo Yarn S.A. de C.V. began operations in a manufacture site which is dedicated to produce mixed cotton yarns with natural fibers like linnen, wool, rayon, modal, lyocell, in order to try to satisfy the market of special yarns, always based on cotton fiber which is our specialty. Some of the mixes we have already done are shown as followed:
Wool - Cotton Yarn 80/20
Flax - Cotton Yarn 70/30
Modal - Cotton Yarn 50/50
Lyocell - Cotton Yarn 50/50 among others
To make a different percentage mixture it is possible in most cases, it is also possible to use Amsler spinning. (At the moment only for Open End Spinning)
